Well-circumscribed right cerebellopontine angle solid-cystic mass with intracanalicular extension enlarging the porus acustics. It shows a low signal on T1 and a high signal on T2 and FLAIR. The postcontrast sequences show a heterogeneous enhancement of the solid component. A mass effect is noted on the brainstem and middle cerebral peduncle.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with acoustic neuroma of the right CPA with central cystic component, grade 4 according to the Koos grading scale.
