Small well-defined intracanalicular mass of the left IAC, isointense to the brain parenchyma on T1, T2, and FLAIR with homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences. No significant widening of the IAC. No mass at the cerebellopontine angle.
Age-related cerebral volume loss.
