There is a small well-defined left intracanalicular mass, isointense to the brainstem on T1, FLAIR, and T2 with a heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences. No significant widening of the internal acoustic canal (IAC).
Case Discussion
MRI features of a small enhancing intracanalicular mass most consistent with an acoustic neuroma.
