2.1cm heterogeneously enhancing well defined left cerebellopontine angle mass indistinguishable from the vestibulocochlear nerve. The mass extends into and expands the intracanalicular portion of the internal acoustic meatus. The morphology of the mass is 'ice-cream cone' like in appearance.

The typical radiological appearances of an acoustic (vestibular) schwannoma with an ice-cream cone appearance due to its extension (the cone) into the intracanulicular part of the internal acoustic meatus, with the ice cream scoop on top at the cerebellopontine angle.
