Presentation
Non-specific headaches, vertigo, hearing loss on the right side
Patient Data
Vivid enhancing solid mass of the right vestibular nerve, intrameatal component well seen on coronal T1 Gd+ scans
The right porus acusticus internus dilatation reflects tumor slow growth
A second small contrast enhancing apparent lesion located at the 4th ventricle protruding into median aperture (of Magendie), without obstruction.
There are no diffusion restriction, susceptibility artefacts, brain remainder looks intact.
Case Discussion
A simultaneous presence of two distinct intracranial tumors, such findings in a young adult patient can be elements of MISME syndrome.
