Axial T2
Well defined extra axial lesion in the right cerebello-pontine angle cistern, which extends into right internal auditory canal. Thickening of right 7th-8th nerve root complex noted.
Mass effect over right cerebellum, pons and fourth ventricle, resulting in hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
This represents an extra-axial neoplasm, most likely an acoustic schwannoma.
