Sagittal inspiratory
CT obtained both in inspiration and expiration demonstrate a dilated trachea on inspiratory films. During expiration, there is marked reduction in AP diameter of the intrathoracic trachea, with the cross-section assuming a crescent shape.
Findings are consistent with acquired tracheobronchomalacia and tracheobronchomegaly.
