Presentation was changed:
History of fall from bike 2two months back. Injury to the left upper chest.History of left upper posterior rib fracture.Complaining of pain in the left shoulder.Referred to check rotator cuff integrity.

Findings was changed:

Intact and normal echopatternecho pattern of the rotator cuff.

No bursal effusion.

No gleno-humeralglenohumeral effusion.

Acromion shows cortical breach, fragmentation.

Fracture line through the acromion process of the scapula.

If corticated margins are noted on both sided of lucency, it favours os acromiale.
