Right shoulder pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

The acromion is curved, parallel to the humeral head, with a concave undersurface and a downsloping in the middle third.

Additionally, subtle degenerative changes are seen in the glenohumeral and acromioclavicular joints.
