Acromio-clavicular joint injury

Under surface of clavicle does not align with under surface of acromion with superior subluxation of clavicle. Normal coracoclavicular distance (7 mm) and acromioclavicular joint space (4.4 mm).
A left 4th bifid rib is seen anteriorly.
Case Discussion
The patient fell down from the bike and developed acromioclavicular (AC) joint tenderness. Shoulder frontal radiograph showed type II Rockwood AC joint injury (rupture of an acromioclavicular ligament).
