Acromioclavicular injury

Presentation

Left upper limb trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Disruption of the nomal acromioclavicular arch. The clavicle is positioned superior to the acromial level. The coracoclavicular distance is not significantly increased (less than twice normal). No fracture.

Case Discussion

Findings are compatible with grade III AC disjunction.
