Right shoulder pain. History of a car accident. Clinically: a bump at the right AC joint is seen.

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Dislocation of the right acromioclavicular joint, with the clavicle displaced superiorly.

Widening of the  coracoclavicular (CC) distance (23mm)
