Presentation

Fall. Left shoulder pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

There is disruption of the left acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) with elevation of the distal clavicle and widening of the ACJ. The coracoclavicular distance is not significantly widened.
