Presentation

Sustained a fall, injured the right shoulder, positive piano key sign upon physical inspection.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

The right distal clavicle shows marked elevation with a significant increase of CC distance (see annotated image). Contralateral side normal. 

Normal alignment post ORIF.
