Presentation

Left shoulder pain, after falling from the bicycle, no other injuries or bleeding on any site

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

X-ray with weight-bearing for both shoulders shows a widening of the left acromioclavicular and coracoclavicular distance.

Case Discussion

The normal acromioclavicular (AC) joint space: is 1-7 mm.

The normal coracoclavicular distance/space: is 11-13 mm.
