There are multiple signs of an inflamed appendix

  • appendiceal dilatation
  • appendiceal wall thickening
  • periappendiceal inflammation with fat stranding and extraluminal fluid

A minimal amount of free pelvic fluid is seen.

Apart from small cortical left renal cysts, the rest of the study is unremarkable.
