There are multiple signs of an inflamed appendix
- appendiceal dilatation
- appendiceal wall thickening
- periappendiceal inflammation with fat stranding and extraluminal fluid
A minimal amount of free pelvic fluid is seen.
Apart from small cortical left renal cysts, the rest of the study is unremarkable.
