Right eye swelling and pus discharge. His physician felt hard swelling during clinical examination.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Right preseptal conjunctival rim enhancing fluid collection abutting the anteromedial aspect of the globe with adjacent air loculi and preseptal soft tissue oedema and swelling.

No deep post-septal intra-orbital inflammation, cystic collections or abscess formation.
