Acute calcular cholecystitis

Distended gallbladder with thickened edematous wall, and impacted stone (2 cm) in the gallbladder neck. Pericholecystic inflammatory fat stranding is noted. No dilatation of the intra- or extrahepatic biliary radicles.
Hiatal hernia and duodenal diverticulum are noted.
