The gallbladder is distended with thickened wall, and mucosal enhancement, containing multiple small gallstones hypodense to the surrounding bile (cholesterol stones). Pericholecystic inflammatory fat stranding is noted. No dilatation of the intra- or extrahepatic ducts.
