Two days of nausea and vomiting associated with fever.

Distended gallbladder with wall thickening, mucosal enhancement and pericholecystic fluid and inflammatory fat stranding. Cholelithiasis.

Acute cholecystitis refers to the acute inflammation of the gallbladder.
