Presentation

Acute abdominal pain and vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
ct

The gallbladder is distended, and a 35 mm gallstone is present, accompanied by pericholecystic fat stranding.

A 15 mm parapelvic cyst is present in the left kidney.

Features on CT scan are consistent with acute cholecystitis.
