Axial C+ portal venous phase

The gallbladder is distended with marked diffuse mural thickening showing few hypodense areas and minute mucosal interruptions. No gallstones identified. No intrahepatic biliary radicals dilatation.
Incidental note of hepatic cyst at segment VIII.
