CT demonstrates diffuse bilateral ground-glass opacities, poorly defined small centrilobular nodules in miliar distribution, and lobular areas of decreased attenuation with some subpleural nodular areas with a halo sign.

Learning point: In this historical period characterized by the worldwide spread of Sar-CoV-2 infection, it is important to collect the patient's clinical history to differentiate the different forms of pneumonia when the clinical symptoms may be similar (not CT findings).
