Abdominal pain and jaundice.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

The liver is enlarged with mild periportal edema. Diffuse gallbladder wall thickening. No biliary obstruction.

Case Discussion

The patient had elevated liver enzymes and positive PCR test for hepatitis A.
