There is gallbladder wall T2 hyperintensity in keeping with edema, with high T2 signal also demonstrated within the periportal spaces consistent with edema.
Liver also appears enlarged.
CBD and pancreatic duct are within normal limits for size with no obstructing lesions.
Case Discussion
Findings suggestive of acute hepatitis which was supported by elevated liver enzymes.
