Axial T1 C+ fat sat
Absent mucosal enhancement in the left ethmoid and sphenoid sinus is highly concerning for invasive fungal sinusitis.
Case Discussion
Absent enhancement indicates mucosal necrosis from acute invasive fungal sinusitis (AIFS) and was confirmed at surgery.
