Case Discussion

Acute epididymo-orchitis is an acute inflammatory disease of both the epididymis and ipsilateral testis that usually presents unilaterally and occurs due to specific or nonspecific urinary tract infection. Treatment is imperative and should be started immediately after diagnosis and should include antibiotics, analgesics, and, if necessary, surgery.
