There is focal low T1 and high T2/FLAIR signal with restricted diffusion in the splenium of the corpus callosum. There is no associated mass effect.
Case Discussion
The patient was treated with intravenous vitamin B complex, with complete resolution of her symptoms over the course of several weeks.
