? high grade glioma .

 MRI brain was performed and presumed diagnosis of high grade glioma was made.

Presumed diagnosis of high grade glioma was made.

Case Discussion

The patient referred from other hospital with diagnosis of brain tumour. MRI brain was performed and presumed diagnosis of high grade glioma was made. The patient was scheduled for surgical resection, however, stereotactic biopsy revealed features consistent with necrotising toxoplasma encephalitis.

Subsequently the patient was confirmed to be HIV/AIDS patient.
