Bilateral pulmonary emboli

Case Discussion

This woman presented with breathlessness and chest pain.

CTPA revealed large bilateral pulmonary artery filling defects adherant to the vessel wall. There is peripheral pulmonary infarction and right ventricular dilatation, right ventricular hypertrophy and interventricular septal deviation.
