Acute orchitis with pyocele

- enlarged right testis with hypervascularity on Doppler imaging
- extra-testicular tiny floating echoes with thin septa favor pyocele
- right spermatic cord was thickened, echogenic and hypervascular when compared to left (no image uploaded here)
- right sided reactive inguinal nodes were present (no image uploaded here)
Case Discussion
Acute right orchitis with pyocele was the final diagnosis.
