Presentation

Pain, swelling, and reddening over the olecranon. Reduced mobility of the right elbow.

Patient Data

Age: 13 years
Gender: Male

Osteolytic lesion of the olecranon connected to a subperiosteal abscess. Bone marrow and soft tissue edema. Periosteal new bone apposition. Elbow joint effusion.
