Epigastric pain - 2 days.

Age: 16 years
Gender: Male

Day 1 - Focal hypoechoic ill-defined area in neck of pancreas. Possibility of focal pancreatitis suggested. Lab investigation revealed high Serum Amylase.

Day 5 follow up USG
