Multiple small hyperdense gallstones are present.
The pancreas is relatively enlarged and peripancreatic fat stranding is evident.
Small fat containing umbilical hernia is present.

Features are most compatible with acute pancreatitis. Amylase and lipase checked for the patient and show significant elevation.
