Axial With oral contrast

The pancreas is diffusely enlarged with homogeneous enhancement, accompanied by peripancreatic fat stranding and a little amount of fluid accumulation, suggestive of acute pancreatitis.
In imaged portions of the lower thorax, subtle pleural effusion is observed bilaterally.
A 105×75 mm cystic lesion with internal septations without enhancing solid components is seen at the right adnexa.
Case Discussion
Features on the CT scan of a 20 years old female patient with acute abdominal pain are compatible with acute pancreatitis. No necrosis.
