The intrahepatic biliary radicles are mildly dilated.
The common bile duct is dilated, showing multiple small low intensity stones at its lower end.

The pancreas is diffusely swollen and edematous surrounded with peripancreatic fluid extending along the retroperitoneal fat planes more on the left side.
The pancreatic duct shows normal position, length, and caliber with homogeneous internal structure and smooth contours.
Case Discussion
Cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis are common causes of acute pancreatitis. In this case, acute pancreatitis was discovered on MRCP done for obstructive jaundice and epigastric pain.
