Central pontine region of focal T2/FLAIR hyperintensity associated with high diffusion signal, consistent with an acute infarct.
High T2/FLAIR signal foci in the subcortical and periventricular white matter of both cerebral hemispheres, consistent with chronic small vessel ischemia.
Prominence of the ventricular system and brain sulci, consistent with generalized cerebral atrophy.
Mega cisterna magna is seen as congenital variant.
