Displaced left superior and inferior pubic rami fractures. No displaced neck of femur fracture, or apparent sacral fracture.
Case Discussion
Pelvic radiographs are most often performed in older patients to assess for a neck of femur fracture. Pubic rami fractures often occur with sacral alar fractures, and the later will not always be apparent on a radiograph.
