Gender: Female

Unremarkable chest radiograph.

Saddle acute pulmonary embolism with extension to the right and left main as well as lower lobe segmental pulmonary arteries. Evidence of right heart strain from the ratio of left/right ventricular diameter (<1) and slight leftward bowing of the interventricular septum. 

No pleural or pericardial effusion.
