Acute pulmonary embolism

There are multiple, non-enhancing, filling defects noted within the lower lobe segmental branches of bilateral pulmonary arteries (right > left).
The thrombus within the artery is centrally placed giving the "tram-track" appearance on coronal section and "polo-mint" appearance on axial section.
There is no calcification noted within the thrombus.
