Sinus CT shows a fluid level in the left maxillary sinus. Left sided deviated nasal septum. A rhinolith is in right ethmoid air cells.
Case Discussion
A fluid level represents acute inflammatory changes, although in this case, there is an irregular fluid level, and a rhinolith, which may suggest acute-on-chronic changes.
