Large right subdural haematoma with significant mass effect. Central areas of hypoattenuation suggest hyperacute blood and active haemorrhage.

Case Discussion

An acute subdural haemorrhage with significant mass effect following a fall. Previous imaging confirms several previous subdural bleeds in this alcoholic patient.
