Acute paraparEsis.

Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Male

long segment hyper intense signal seen on the T2w , STIR images in the spinal cord from D1 to D7 vertebral segments, which shows hypointense on the T1w images. It involves more than 2/3rd circumference of spinal cord. Mild expansion of the spinal cord seen at these levels. No evidence of enhancement seen on the post contrast images.
