Gender: Male

Small left occipital lobe hypo density. hyper-dense basilar artery with vertebral arteries atherosclerosis.

abnormal high T2/FLAIR seen in the posterior circulation distribution with restriction of diffusion on DWI in keeping with acute vertebra-basilar ischaemic infarction.
