Gender: Male

Small left occipital lobe hypodensity.

Hyperdense basilar artery with vertebral arteries atherosclerosis.

Abnormal high T2/FLAIR seen in the posterior circulation distribution with restriction of diffusion on DWI in keeping with acute vertebro-basilar ischemic infarction.
