Findings was changed:

HydrocephalusThere is hydrocephalus with transependymal CSF transition in cerebral parenchyma adjacent to both lateral ventricles. A  There is a suprasellar mass with small solid and larger cystic components. The solid component shows heterogeneous contrast enhancement in the left lateral wall adjacent to the defined cystic lesion which arises from the suprasellar region. The most likely diagnosis was felt to be a craniopharyngioma
