Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
mri

Complete adductor longus muscle tear with a large intramuscular hematoma (11 x 7 x 5 cm). The adductor magnus and adductus brevis muscles as well the adjacent muscles (sartorius and gracilis) show normal appearance.
