Presentation

Severe pain in left iliac fossa and bleeding during micturition.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

A palliative colostomy (not shown here) was performed. Post operative CT scan images show growth involving the sigmoid colon with infiltration into the urinary bladder.

ultrasound

Ultrasound shows an intravesical mass with abnormal flow seen on color Doppler.

Case Discussion

Biopsy proven case of stage IV adenocarcinoma of sigmoid colon. The patient was treated with palliative chemotherapy.
