Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Subtle nodular opacity projected over the left hilum in the frontal projection, more conspicuous on the lateral radiograph, seen projected over the anterior cardiac shadow. 


Speculated nodule in the lingula, suspicious for primary lung malignancy. 

Nuclear medicine

High uptake in the suspicious pulmonary nodules. No nodal metastasis.
