A large, well-defined peripheral lung mass in the left lower lobe causing destruction of the adjacent ribs as well as extension into the soft tissues of the chest wall. A low-attenuating lesion is also seen in the right adrenal gland, likely representing a metastasis from lung carcinoma.
Case Discussion
Biopsy performed under ultrasound guidance.
Histopathology confirmed adenocarcinoma of the lung.
