A soft tissue lesion is seen in the posterior aspect of the nasopharynx. It impedes the nasopharyngeal air column as well as posterior nasal choana. It is likely represents adenoid enlargement.
Case Discussion
Adenoid enlargement may cause partial or complete obstruction of the nasopharynx. It can result in obstructive symptoms such as obstructive sleep apnea and generalized lethargy.
